1. Approve form of the data represented to body of state revenues by persons performing transfer, transportation, the goods delivery in case of electronic trading by goods according to appendix to this order.
1) the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 16, 2018 No. 221 "About approval of Rules, terms and forms of submission of data by persons performing transfer, transportation, the goods delivery in case of electronic trading by goods at the request of bodies of state revenues" (it is registered in the Register of regulatory legal acts at No. 16491);
2) the order of the First deputy Premier-Ministra of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 18, 2019 No. 1387 "About modification of the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 16, 2018 No. 221 "About approval of Rules, terms and forms of submission of data by persons performing transfer, transportation, the goods delivery in case of electronic trading by goods at the request of bodies of state revenues"" (it is registered in the Register of regulatory legal acts at No. 19775).
3. To provide to committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan after day of its official publication;
3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
4. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2026 and is subject to official publication.
