Rules of rendering the measures of the state stimulation of the industry directed to promotion of the processed goods, works and services of the Kazakhstan origin on the domestic market

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of rendering the measures of the state stimulation of the industry directed to promotion of the processed goods, works and services of the Kazakhstan origin on the domestic market (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 14) of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About industrial policy" and determine procedure for rendering the measures of the state stimulation of the industry directed to promotion of the processed goods, works and services of the Kazakhstan origin on the domestic market.

2. 6) counter obligations – the cross liabilities of the subject of industrial and innovative activities and the state accepted by provision of measures of the state stimulation of the industry;

7) the material carrier – the control (identification) sign or object from any materials which contains or does not contain elements (means) of protection against counterfeit and is intended for drawing, storage and transfer of means of identification;
