1. Approve Requirements to the legal entities, physical persons entrepreneurs performing estimation of realization of target profile of safety of information, electronic communication, information and communication, technological systems which are applied.

2. To provide to department of information security of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication and is effective during the period of action of warlike situation in Ukraine.

4. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.

Requirements to legal entities, physical persons - to the entrepreneurs performing estimation of realization of target profile of safety information, electronic communication - information and communication, technological systems

1. These Requirements determine conditions for implementation by legal entities, physical persons - entrepreneurs of estimation of observance of requirements of target profile of safety of information, electronic communication, information and communication, technological systems.

2. In these Requirements terms are used in the value given in the Laws of Ukraine "About information security in information and communication systems", "About Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine", the Procedure for authorization on safety of information, electronic communication, information and communication, technological systems, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of June 18, 2025 No. 712.

3. For implementation of assessment of observance of requirements of target profile of safety of information, electronic communication, information and communication, technological systems legal entities, physical persons entrepreneurs shall correspond to one of the following requirements:

1) availability of the license for implementation of economic activity on provision of services in the field of cryptographic information security (except electronic confidential services and electronic identification) and technical information security according to the list determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in part (depending on information processed in information, electronic communication, information and communication, technological system (open information or information with limited access)):

estimation of security of information which is not the state secret.
