1. Approve the enclosed sizes of rates for making of notarial actions and other services, and also for issue of copies (duplicates) of notarially certified documents and implementation of consultation by private notaries.

2. To provide to committee of registration service and organization of legal services of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order;

2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2026.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The sizes of rates for making of notarial actions and other services, and also for issue of copies (duplicates) of notarially certified documents and implementation of consultation by private notaries are developed according to Item 2 of article 30 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About notariate" (further - the Law).

Chapter 2. The sizes of rates for making of notarial action

2. The size of rates for making of notarial actions and other services, and also for issue of copies (duplicates) of notarially certified documents and implementation of consultation by private notaries, is established in the following sizes:

1) for the certificate of agreements on alienation of real estate (the parcels of land, dwellings, dachas, garages, constructions and other real estate) in the city area:

if one of the parties is the legal entity, - 17 monthly settlement indicators (further - MRP);

worth up to 30 MRP:

to children, the spouse, parents, brothers and sisters, grandsons - 3 MRP;

to other persons - 8 MRP;

worth over 30 MRP:

to children, the spouse, parents, brothers and sisters, grandsons - 7 MRP;

to other persons - 12 MRP;

2) for the certificate of agreements on alienation of real estate (the parcels of land, dwellings, dachas, garages, constructions and other real estate) in the rural zone:

if one of the parties is the legal entity, - 3 MRP;

to children, the spouse, parents, brothers and sisters, grandsons - 1,5 MRP;

to other persons - 2,7 MRP;

3) for the certificate of agreements of alienation of automotive vehicles, tractors and the self-propelled chassis and mechanisms, trail cars manufactured on their base to them, including trail cars with the mounted special equipment, self-propelled agricultural, meliorative and roadway construction equipments and mechanisms, special machines of the increased passability:

if one of the parties is the legal entity, - 12 MRP;

to children, the spouse, parents, brothers and sisters, grandsons - 4 MRP;

to other persons - 10 MRP;

4) for the certificate of lease agreements, loan (except for agreements of mortgage housing loan), deposit, leasing, the contract, marriage contracts, the Section of the property which is in common property, the Section of heritable property, agreements on payment of the alimony, foundation agreements - 10 MRP;

5) for the certificate of guarantee agreements and guarantee - 1,5 MRP;

6) for the certificate of agreements of mortgage housing loan - 4 MRP;

7) for the certificate of agreements of pledge of the real estate on mortgage housing loans - 4 MRP;

8) for the certificate of other agreements of pledge - 10 MRP;

9) for the certificate of wills - 3 MRP;

10) for issue of certificates on the right to inheritance - 4 MRP for each granted certificate;
