1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of procedure for issue of documents on construction and connections to engineering networks in the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 2, 2025 No. of 93-np the following changes:
1) in the Rules of provision of specifications and procedure for connection to networks of engineering facilities approved by the above-stated order:
- add with Chapter 5-1 of the following content:
"Chapter 5-1. Single questions on power supply and heat supply
66-1. Technical services in the field of power supply have the right to issue specifications on electric utility service by capacity to 30 kW based on the statement of customers. The application form and procedure affirms the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic.
