About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 2013 No. 975 and of February 28, 2022 No. 168
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 2013 No. 975 "About approval of the Procedure for appointment and payment of the one-time monetary assistance in case of death (death), disability or partial disablement without establishment of disability of the military personnel, persons liable for call-up and reservists called on educational (or checking) and special charges or for service in war reserve" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 6, Art. 161; 2024, No. 60, the Art. 3565) and of February 28, 2022 No. 168 "Question of some payments to the military personnel, faces of the private and the commanding structure, to police and their families during action of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, Art. 1253; 2024, No. 60, the Art. 3565) changes which are applied.
2. To the Ministry of Defence together with the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of cases of veterans and the Ministry of Finance to introduce within five months from the date of entry into force of this resolution for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the draft of the act concerning procedure for return to the government budget by receivers of the one-time monetary assistance of the amounts of means which are actually received by them in case of appearance (establishment of the location) of the serviceman (the person liable for call-up, the reservist, face of the private and the commanding structure, police) which the judgment it was declared the dead which was cancelled further.
