According to Item 2 of Article 16-2 and Item 9 of article 16-3 of the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for appointment and payment of the one-time monetary assistance in case of death (death), disability or partial disablement without establishment of disability of the military personnel, persons liable for call-up and reservists called on educational (or checking) and special charges or for service in war reserve which is applied.

2. Determine that to persons who before entry into force of the Procedure approved by this resolution have the right to one-time money allowance:

the help which was appointed is paid according to the Procedure and conditions of appointment and payment of the one-time monetary assistance in case of death (death), wound (contusion, injury or mutilation) or disability of the military personnel, persons liable for call-up and reservists called on educational (or checking) both special charges, and disability (charges) of faces discharged from military service approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 28, 2008 No. 499 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 39, the Art. 1298), the Procedure and conditions of appointment and payment of the disposable monetary assistance in case of death (death), mutilation or disability of the military personnel and disability of persons discharged from military service which happened in 2006, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 21, 2007 No. 284 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 14, the Art. 532), and the Procedure and conditions of payment of the disposable monetary assistance in case of death (death), wound (contusion, injury or mutilation) or disability of employees of personnel structure of the prospecting bodies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 21, 2007 No. 1331 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 89, the Art. 3255);

the help which was not intended is appointed and paid in the established legislation procedure existing on the date of emergence of the right to such help.

3. Recognize invalid acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force by the Law of Ukraine of July 4, 2012 No. 5040-VI "About modification of some y of Ukraine concerning social protection of the military personnel".

Procedure for appointment and payment of the one-time monetary assistance in case of death (death), disability or partial disablement without establishment of disability of the military personnel, persons liable for call-up and reservists called on educational (or checking) and special charges or for service in war reserve

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of appointment and payment of the one-time monetary assistance in case of death (death), disability or partial disablement without disability establishment (further - the one-time monetary assistance) the military personnel, persons liable for call-up, reservists called on educational (or checking) and special charges or for service in war reserve, and persons discharged from military service (further - the serviceman, the person liable for call-up and the reservist).
