1. Approve:

1) the list of the reporting of Export credit agency of Kazakhstan according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) report form according to asset accounts, obligations and the capital according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) report form about cash flow according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) report form about equity changes according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) report form according to incomes and expenditure accounts according to appendix 5 to this order;

6) report form about calculation of insurance reserves according to appendix 6 to this order;

7) report form about insurance premiums according to appendix 7 to this order;

8) report form about insurance payments according to appendix 8 to this order;

9) report form on amount of obligations according to appendix 9 to this order;

10) report form about the amounts to obtaining from overcautious persons, insurance premiums to obtaining from insurers (reinsurers) and intermediaries according to appendix 10 to this order;

11) report form about reinsurance activities according to appendix 11 to this order;

12) report form according to current agreements, insurance (reinsurance) and to agreements, transferred to reinsurance according to appendix 12 to this order;

13) terms and procedure for submission of the reporting by Export credit agency of Kazakhstan under the conclusion and execution of insurance contracts, reinsurance according to appendix 13 to this order.

2. To provide to department of assets and corporate management of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) within five calendar days from the date of signing of this order the direction it electronically in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the chief of staff of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2024 and is subject to official publication.
