1. Approve the enclosed Procedure for making of customs transactions concerning the goods moved through customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union with representation to customs authorities of licenses, the general licenses granted by Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation.

2. This order becomes effective after 180 days after day of its official publication.

Procedure for making of customs transactions concerning the goods moved through customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union with representation to customs authorities of licenses, the general licenses granted by Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation

1. The organization which obtained the license for import to the Russian Federation, including temporary import (further - import), and export from the Russian Federation, including temporary export, transfer to lease, finance lease (leasing), export for conversion (further - export) military products <1> (further respectively - the organization which obtained the license, the license), the general license for import (export) of spare parts, aggregates, nodes, devices, components, special, educational and auxiliary property, technical documentation to the military products included in the list of the military products permitted to transfer to foreign customers in the foreign states included in the list of the states to which transfer of the military products specified in the list of the military products permitted to transfer to foreign customers, temporary export of spare parts, aggregates, nodes, devices is resolved components, special, educational and auxiliary property for creation of temporary inventories of such military products in the territory of foreign state (further respectively - the organization which obtained the general license, the general license), the letter on prolongation of effective period of the license, the general license and (or) entering into them of other changes, including modification of the list of military products which is integral part of the license <2> (further - the letter on modification), issued by the federal executive body performing functions on control and supervision in the field of military and technical cooperation of the Russian Federation with foreign states directs the registered mail with the assurance of receipt or personally represents the original of the license, the general license, the letter on modification on paper to customs authority of the Russian Federation, to which competence statement of licenses, general licenses for control (further - customs of control), no later than 3 working days about day of submission of the declaration on goods is referred (further - DT).
