Chapter 1. Submission to the Bank of Russia of the notification provided by part 9 of article 6 of the Federal Law of February 7, 2011 No. 7-FZ "About clearing, clearing activities and the central partner" and the notification provided by part 10 of article 6 of the Federal Law of November 21, 2011 No. 325-FZ "About the organized biddings"

The clearing organization represents to the Bank of Russia the notification provided by part 9 of article 6 of the Federal Law of February 7, 2011 No. 7-FZ "About clearing, clearing activities and the central partner" (further - the Federal Law No. 7-FZ), about expected election (appointment) of persons specified in part 8 of article 6 of the Federal Law No. 7-FZ (the organizer of trade represents to the Bank of Russia the notification provided by part 10 of article 6 of the Federal Law of November 21, 2011 No. 325-FZ "About the organized biddings" (further - the Federal Law No. 325-FZ), about expected election (appointment) of persons specified in part 9 of article 6 of the Federal Law No. 325-FZ) (further respectively - the official, the notification), with appendix:

1.1.1. Questionnaires of the official (the recommended sample is given in appendix to this Instruction), the signed strengthened qualified digital signature provided by part 1 of article 17.1 of the Federal Law of April 6, 2011 No. 63-FZ "About the digital signature", the official, about election (appointment) of which the notification goes.

1.1.2. The identity document of the official (all completed pages).

1.1.3. The education document and about qualification of the official confirming its compliance to the requirements to education established by part 1 of article 6 of the Federal Law No. 7-FZ (part 1 of article 6 of the Federal Law No. 325-FZ).

In case of receipt of education by the official outside the Russian Federation the statement about recognition in the Russian Federation of foreign education and (or) foreign qualification received in foreign state issued by the federal executive body performing functions on control and supervision in education according to part 6 of article 107 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2012 to No. 273-FZ "About education in the Russian Federation" or the certificate on recognition of foreign education and (or) foreign qualification in the territory of the Russian Federation issued by the federal executive body performing functions on control and supervision in education is put (in case of recognition of foreign education and (or) foreign qualification in the territory of the Russian Federation till September 1, 2023).
