About reorganization of some organizations in the field of health protection and recognition voided the orders of the Government

No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Reorganize the public medical and sanitary organization "District Hospital Orkhey" (accepting the legal entity) by merging (accession) with the state company "Dental Clinic Orkhey" (the attached legal entity).

2. Reorganize the public organization "The State University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Nicolae Testemitsan" (accepting the legal entity) by merging (accession) with the state company "Curier Medical" (the attached legal entity).

3. The rights and obligations of the attached legal entities pass in full to the accepting legal entities, including the rights and obligations connected with property management (property) of the attached state companies.

4. In 30-day time from the effective date of this resolution to provide to the Ministry of Health cession of property of the attached legal entities according to the procedure, the established Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property approved by the Order of the Government No. 901/2015.

5. Release of employees of the attached state companies in case of impossibility of their translation to perform according to the labor law for the account and within financial resources of the accepting organizations.

6. In the Order of the Government No. 148/2021 about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Health (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 206-208, 346), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

6.1. 6) of Item 1 of the resolution to declare the subitem invalid;

6.2. declare appendix No. 6 invalid.

7. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 785/2014 about Institute of clinical medicine (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 293-296, 829).

8. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Health.
