About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 19, 2014 No. 121

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 19, 2014 No. 121 "About approval of the Procedure for delivery of health care to foreigners and stateless persons which constantly live or temporarily are in the territory of Ukraine which filed petition for recognition by the refugee or person needing additional protection on which the decision on document creation for the solution of question of recognition by the refugee or person needing additional protection and which are recognized as the refugees or persons needing the additional protection, and compensation of cost of the medical services and medicines provided to foreigners and stateless persons, which are temporarily living or being in the territory of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 37, Art. 988 is made; 2018, No. 44, the Art. 1544) changes which are applied.

In the name and paragraph one of Item 1 of the resolution of the word "delivery of health care to the foreigners and stateless persons who are constantly living or temporarily being in the territory of Ukraine, filed petition for recognition by the refugee or person needing additional protection on which the decision on document creation for the solution of question of recognition by the refugee or person needing additional protection is made, and recognized as refugees or persons, needing additional protection" shall be replaced with words "delivery of health care to some categories of foreigners and stateless persons".
