According to Article 9, of 12, of 15, of 19, of 22, of 25, of 29, 29(1), 33, of 37, of 39, of 43, of 45, of 53, of 59, of 62, 63(3), 63(14), 63(24), 63(28), of 71, of 75, 78 and 81 Laws of the Republic of Tajikistan "About other obligatory payments in the budget" and article 57 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides 67,:
1. Approve rates of charge for implementation of legally significant actions and payment for issue of permission to use of the natural and other available resources (appendices 1-23).
2. Payment of collection and the payments established according to this resolution is performed in non-cash form.
3. Recognize invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of November 2, 2007 as No. 546 "About approval of rates of charge for implementation of legally significant actions and payment for issue of permission to use of the natural and other available resources".
