1. Approve rates of charges for implementation of legally significant actions and payment for issue of permission to use of the natural and other available resources according to appendices 1-19.

2. Rates of charges for the implementation of legally significant actions and payment for issue of permission to use of the natural and other available resources established in national currency the forthcoming year are indexed to the rates operating in the current year from calculation of 0,7 of percent point on each percent point of actually developed rate of inflation of the current year determined by statistical data.

3. Make the following changes to the orders of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- exclude Chapter XIV of the Consular Charter of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 30, 1998 No. 275 "About approval of the Consular Charter of the Republic of Tajikistan";

in the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 29, 2006 No. 779 "About approval of Rules of the omission on highways of vehicles with the loadings and dimensions exceeding the established regulations":
