About the sizes of monetary compensation of expenses on hiring of premises

Based on subitem 1.6 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 3, 2008 No. 195 "About some social legal guarantees for the military personnel," and subitem 2.2 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 15, 2025 No. 27 "About the State inspection of protection of animal and flora in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: judges, public prosecutor's employees and officials of customs authorities

1. Determine that the monetary compensation of expenses on hiring of premises is provided:

1.1. the serviceman, to faces of the private and the commanding structure of the Investigative Committee, the State committee of judicial examinations, law-enforcement bodies, bodies of financial investigations of the State Control Committee, bodies and divisions for emergency situations (further – the military personnel), to the public prosecutor's workers, officials of customs authorities appointed according to the procedure of transfer to other area to the positions specified in paragraph four of subitem 1.6 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 3, 2008 to No. 195, to the officials of the State inspection of protection of animal and flora in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus who are employers of premises:

according to the employment contract of premises of private housing stock, – in sizes according to appendix 1;

according to the employment contract of rent housing signed for the term of the office relations, to the employment contract of special premises of the state housing stock signed for the term of the office relations – in amount of the payment for use of premises established in the employment contract of the respective premises of the state housing stock.

Action of part one of this subitem does not extend to the military personnel specified in subitem 1.2 of this Item;

1.2. on actual expenses, but it is not higher than the sizes, established in appendix 1:

the serviceman holding positions in bodies of the interstate educations and the international organizations which are in the territory of foreign states for the direction of state bodies in which the military service (service) is provided, living in premises (including in hostels) according to the employment contract or in hotels, for the period of fulfillment of duties on such positions;

the serviceman from among listeners, graduateds in a military academy, doctoral candidates, interns, job seekers who is trained, not connected with official journey abroad, in the foreign organizations (in internal or correspondence forms of education, training in the form of competition) in the direction of state bodies in which the military service (service), living in premises is provided (including in hostels) according to the employment contract or in hotels, for the period of passing of such training.

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 2.

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
