In pursuance of Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 17, 2012 "About entering of amendments and changes into some presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus" and Item 8 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 15, 2019 No. 269 "About the State inspection of protection of animal and flora in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 184

1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for provision of monetary compensation of expenses on hiring of premises, accommodation in hotels by the serviceman, to faces of the private and the commanding structure of the Investigative Committee, the State committee of judicial examinations, law-enforcement bodies, bodies of financial investigations of the State Control Committee, bodies and divisions for the emergency situations, public prosecutor's workers, officials of customs authorities and the State inspection of protection of animal and flora in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus using premises according to the employment contract, living in hotels it (is applied).

2. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 22, 2008 No. 1385 "About some measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 3, 2008 No. 195 and recognition voided the separate orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 235, 5/28402; 2011, No. 142, 5/34918; 2012, No. 27, 5/35338) following changes and amendments:
