About approval of procedure for writing out of recipes on medicines and about their leave in the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of improvement of quality of provision of medicines of the population, according to parts 3, of the 5th article 28 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About drug circulation", article 24 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogs and precursors", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

1) Rules of writing out of recipes on medicines according to appendix 1;

2) Rules of prescription dispensing of medicines according to appendix 2;

3) the Procedure for writing out and execution of requirements (requests) for medicines in the organizations of health care according to appendix 3;

4) Storage precautions of prescription forms according to appendix 4.

2. Determine that:

1) medicines of prescription dispensing are written out under international non-proprietary names in Latin in electronic format and/or on paper - on forms of the recipe of the approved sample;

2) the realization of this resolution is enabled within the approved budget of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic for the corresponding years.

3. To provide to the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic control of replication by the organizations of health care of forms of the prescription forms approved by this resolution.

4. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of procedure for writing out of recipes on medicines and about their leave in the Kyrgyz Republic" of January 5, 2011 No. 2;

2) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About entering of amendments and changes into the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of procedure for writing out of recipes on medicines and about their leave in the Kyrgyz Republic" of January 5, 2011 No. 2" of April 22, 2015 No. 232;

3) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of procedure for writing out of recipes on medicines and about their leave in the Kyrgyz Republic" of January 5, 2011 No. 2" of May 22, 2018 No. 242;

4) the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of some orders of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in health sector" of October 25, 2023 No. 571.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
