form of the termination letter of implementation of activities for turnover of methanol and metanolsoderzhashchy liquids.

2. Realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation within the number of employees of the Ministry, and also budgetary appropriations provided to the Ministry in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions established by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation.

I. General provisions

1. These rules establish procedure for forming and maintaining the Register of the organizations and individual entrepreneurs performing turnover of methanol and metanolsoderzhashchy liquids (further respectively - the organizations, individual entrepreneurs, the Register), and access to the Register, procedure for submission of the notification on implementation of activities for turnover of methanol and metanolsoderzhashchy liquids, notifications on modification of the Register and termination letters of implementation of activities for turnover of methanol and metanolsoderzhashchy liquids.

2. Forming and maintaining the Register are performed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation (further - authorized body) in electronic form by forming, change and exception of register entries in the state information system of the industry.

3. Information containing in the Register is subject to placement on the official site of the state information system of the industry on the Internet in open access, except for information which is the state secret.

4. The Register joins information on the organizations and individual entrepreneurs performing:

a) production of methanol and metanolsoderzhashchy liquids;

b) conversion of methanol and metanolsoderzhashchy liquids;

c) use of methanol and metanolsoderzhashchy liquids;

d) realization of methanol and metanolsoderzhashchy liquids;

e) transportation of methanol and metanolsoderzhashchy liquids;

e) loading and unloading, including transfer, methanol and metanolsoderzhashchy liquids;

g) storage of methanol and metanolsoderzhashchy liquids;

h) destruction of methanol and metanolsoderzhashchy liquids.

5. The Register does not join information on the scientific organizations and on the educational organizations of the higher education performing turnover of methanol and metanolsoderzhashchy liquids when carrying out research, developmental and technology works and also on the organizations included in the summary register of the organizations of defense industry complex and on the organizations which activities are aimed at providing defense of the country and safety of the state.

6. The register shall contain:

a) information provided by Items 1 - 8 parts 6 of article 3 of the Federal law "About State Regulation of Turnover of Methanol and Metanolsoderzhashchy Liquids";

b) details of licenses for operation explosion-fire-hazardous and chemically hazardous production facilities I, II and III classes of danger, special permissions to movement on highways of the vehicle transporting the dangerous goods issued to the organization or the individual entrepreneur for implementation of activities for turnover of methanol and metanolsoderzhashchy liquids, details of licenses for implementation of handling activities in relation to dangerous goods on rail transport, details of licenses for activities on transportations by railway transport of dangerous goods (in the presence), and in case, stipulated in Item 1 appendices No. 14 to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 12, 2022 No. 353 "About features of allowing activities in the Russian Federation", - information on number of the notification on the beginning of implementation of handling activities assigned in the unified register of notifications in relation to dangerous goods on rail transport or about the beginning of implementation of activities for transportations by railway transport of dangerous goods.
