4. To the agency of forestry under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, to executive bodies of the government of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, cities, areas in accordance with the established procedure to perform use or lease of seasonal pastures and monthly to the 10th after month under report by means of the Information taxation system to provide in tax authorities information on users of seasonal pastures in the form approved by authorized state body in the financial sphere.
5. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of October 31, 2014 No. 696 "About use of seasonal pastures".
