About use of seasonal pastures

According to article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" in connection with reorganization of agricultural enterprises, creation on their base of Dehkan farms, and also change of number of livestock of the public and personal cattle, for the purpose of rational and effective use of pastures, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Fix the earth of seasonal pastures of the cities and areas in administrative borders of other cities and areas for a period of 10 (ten) years behind the cities and areas according to appendix.

2. To executive bodies of the government of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, cities and areas in accordance with the established procedure to assign seasonal pastures to agricultural enterprises and other land users.

3. To provide to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan target use of lands of skotoprogonny routes and fertilizer platforms to destination.

4. Take into consideration that:

- local executive bodies of the government of the cities and areas to which seasonal pastures are assigned along with land users bear responsibility for payment of the land tax (single tax);

- the relevant tax authorities of the cities and areas shall draw up no later than April 1 of the next year the statement of condition of calculations with the budget for last year.

5. Declare invalid the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 6, 2003 No. 249 "About use of seasonal pastures".
