About additional measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of March 8, 2022 No. 100

1. Determine that the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation is authorized body on issue of the certificates of origin for the purposes of confirmation of goods origin imported on the territory of the Russian Federation according to the paragraph the seventh Item 1 (2) orders of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 7, 2022 No. 2240 "About approval of rates of import customs duties concerning separate goods which country of source are the states and the territories undertaking measures which violate the economic interests of the Russian Federation".

2. The certificate, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, is issued based on the certificate provided to Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation issued on the corresponding goods imported on the territory of the Russian Federation, authorized body of country of source or the country of commodity exportation.

3. Determine that the procedure for issue of certificates, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution approved by Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation is approved by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Federal Customs Service.

4. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 7, 2022 No. 2240 "About approval of rates of import customs duties concerning separate goods which country of source are the states and the territories undertaking measures which violate the economic interests of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 50, of Art. 8941; 2024, No. 17, Art. 2352; No. 30, Art. 4390; No. 32, Art. 4863; No. 38, Art. 5649; No. 51, Art. 8047; 2025, No. 1, Art. 38; No. 17, Art. 2145; No. 24, Art. 3187).
