4. To the banks of the second level (in coordination) participating in pilot project, providing Platforms for provision of the state services:

1) to provide connection to the state service of access control to personal data (further - the KDP service) by means of application in "Smart Bridge";

2) when rendering services within pilot project to provide the consent of the subject of personal data or his legal representative by means of the KDP service according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on personal data and their protection, on state registration of the rights (encumbrances) to real estate.

5. To provide to department of digitalization and automation of the state services of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) placement of this joint order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

2) within five working days from the date of signing by the last of heads of state bodies of this order the direction it the copy in electronic form in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
