About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of technical regulation

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About some questions in the field of assessment of conformity" of May 20, 2022 No. 267 the following change:

according to the procedure of carrying out and realization of system of certification, marking of products and services on compliance to standards of "halalas" and its mutual recognition between the countries, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- the paragraph one of Item 12 to state in the following edition:
"12. In case of the direction of the request in the State portal the following certified by seal of the applicant of the copy of documents is applied:".
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
