Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" and Item 2 of article 32 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of August 27, 2008 No. 429-Z "About state regulation of production and turnover of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol" the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 72
1. Establish:
selling prices on the original alcoholic beverages with a strength over 28 percent realized without consumer pack in pouring according to appendix 1;
selling prices on the original alcoholic beverages with a strength over 28 percent realized in consumer pack according to appendix 2.
2. Determine that selling prices on original alcoholic beverages with a strength over 28 percent, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, extend to the original alcoholic beverages with a strength over 28 percent made and realized including in pouring, in the territory of the cultural and ethnographic centers, national parks and reserves, other objects of the Republic of Belarus on which they are made.
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 3.
4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
