2. Determine types of metering devices of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol by types of production of such products and alcohol according to appendix 1.
3. Grant the right to inspectorates of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection for the place of registration of the organizations specified in paragraphs second and third this Item, perform not more often than once a year according to the procedure, No. 95 established in subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 2, 2011 "About questions of information collection", the onetime charge of information about:
the made and allotted control facilities behind metering devices of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol – at the organizations performing production of such control facilities;
the used control facilities behind metering devices of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol – at the organizations performing production, import to the territory of the Republic of Belarus, maintenance and repair of metering devices of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol.
4. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 2.
5. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
