Based on the paragraph of the fourth subitem 16.2 of Item 16 of the Regulations on procedure for the forming, approval of the State investing program, regional investing programs and the reporting on their accomplishment approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 5, 2006 No. 299, of paragraphs of twenty third and thirty third of part one of subitem 2.10 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 14, 2022 No. 93 "About additional measures for ensuring stable functioning of economy" Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Specify the list of buildings and objects, and also the amounts of financing of construction of facilities of the State investing program for 2025 approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 5, 2025 No. 49, within the means provided by the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 13, 2024 No. 48-Z "About the republican budget for 2025" according to appendices 1 and 2.

2. To the Ministry of Finance in 2025 to increase the expenses of the republican budget provided:

To the Ministry of Culture on functional classification on applied researches in the field of physical culture, sport, culture and mass media, for 150 000 rubles for development of the state system of scientific and technical information;

To the Ministry of Sport and tourism on functional classification on applied researches in the field of physical culture, sport, culture and mass media, for 468 373 rubles for scientific and technical ensuring activities;

To the state committee on standardization on functional classification on state bodies and other executive bodies of general purpose, for 97 400 rubles for carrying out obligatory periodic assessment of scientific and technical level of the become effective technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union.

3. Increase the expenses specified:

in paragraphs second and third Item 2 of this resolution, due to the corresponding reduction of the expenses of the republican budget provided to the Ministry of Defence on functional classification on other questions connected with national defense for carrying out applied researches according to state programs and scientific and technical programs;

in paragraph four of Item 2 of this resolution, due to the corresponding reduction of the expenses of the republican budget provided Central Election Commission on functional classification on ensuring elections and referenda.

4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication. Item 1 of this resolution extends the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2025.
