About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on assessment of daily functioning of person and recognition No. 955 which voided resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 11, 2002

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning estimation of daily functioning of person the enclosed changes.

2. Determine that by provision of public services if technically possible the statement from the solution of expert team on estimation of daily functioning of person by citizens does not move, and it turns out the subject of provision of public services by electronic information exchange and/or if technically possible the specified extraction moves the citizen electronically.

3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 11, 2002 No. 955 "About approval of the Program of representation to citizens of the free medical care guaranteed by the state" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 28, the Art. 1324).

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2025.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning estimation of daily functioning of person

1. According to the procedure of reference of citizens from among those which took part in liquidation of other nuclear accidents in nuclear testing, in military exercises using nuclear weapon, in creation of nuclear charges and carrying out on them scheduled works or suffered under other circumstances from radiation exposure not on own fault, in the corresponding categories of persons which were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, No. 674 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 2, 1992 "About procedure for reference of some categories of citizens to the corresponding categories of persons which were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash" (ZP of Ukraine, 1992, No. 12, Art. 292; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 8, Art. 242; 2021, No. 62, Art. 3930):

The subitem "b" of Item 11 of Conditions of obligatory (additional) life insurance and health of specialists of veterinary medicine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 22, 1994 No. 116 (ZP of Ukraine, 1994, No. 6, the Art. 157), after words "references of the physician - social commission of experts" to add with the words "or excerpts from the solution of expert team on estimation of daily functioning of person".

5. According to the procedure of provision of the monthly monetary assistance to person living together with person with disability of I or II groups owing to mental disturbance which according to the conclusion of the medical commission of healthcare institution needs permanent foreign care, on care of it, No. 1192 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 2, 2000 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 31, of Art. 1314; 2018, No. 62, Art. 2144; 2020, No. 89, Art. 2888; 2021, No. 35, Art. 2098; 2022, No. 95, Art. 5891):

In paragraph four of Item 2 of the word "About Electronic Confidential Services", "About Information Security in Information and Telecommunication Systems" to replace 1) respectively with the words "About Electronic Identification and Electronic Confidential Services", "About Information Security in It Is Information — Communication Systems";

9. According to the procedure of production and certification, sheets of coupons on the right of receipt of preferential travel documents (tickets) to the victims of Nazi prosecutions, No. 1467 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 27, 2000 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 39, Art. 1657; 2006, No. 20, Art. 1458; 2009, No. 17, Art. 530):

In paragraphs three and the fifth Item 6 the word "disabled people" shall be replaced with words 1) "persons with disability";
