About change of resolutions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus
Based on the paragraph of the fifth of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 2, 2010 No. 161-Z "About veterinary activities" and subitem 5.2 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Veterinary health regulations of content, cultivation and movement of cattle on the livestock complexes approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of February 23, 2018 No. 30:
state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. It is necessary for the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing content, cultivation and movement of cattle on livestock complexes:
provide holding veterinary actions in case of content, cultivation and movement of cattle on livestock complexes;
show all necessary data on the acquired cattle upon the demand of specialists of the public veterinary service and create conditions for performing their clinical examination and diagnostic testings.
In the territory of livestock complex it is not allowed:
content of other animal species;
input of cattle in herd and movement of cattle without approval of the specialist in the field of veterinary science of livestock complex.";
exclude Item 5;
