About modification of some regulations (support of digital economy and electronic services)
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Article 6 of the Law on entrepreneurship and the companies No. 845/1992 (1994, No. 2, Art. 33), with subsequent changes, to add the monitor of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova with the paragraph of the following content:
"perform cash disbursement of money as it is provided in Item 5) of part (2) article 2 of the Law on payment services and electronic money No. 114/2012, within the amount which is in tray for money of the control and cash equipment or in other place which is specially intended for obtaining and temporary storage of money, to the user of payment services according to its directly expressed requirement formulated just before implementation of payment transaction by means of payment for the purpose of purchase of goods or services irrespective of the amount of transaction, but no more than 1000 lei on one transaction and on the amount which is not exceeding in total 100 000 lei a month.".
Art. II. - Part (2) article 26 of the Law on health protection No. 411/1995 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, No. 34, the Art. 373), with subsequent changes, after words "religious activities," to add with the words "and also as digital nomads".
Art. III. - Part (2) article 9 of the Law on compulsory medical insurance No. 1585/1998 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 38-39, 280), with subsequent changes, after words "religious activities," to add with the words "and also as digital nomads".
Art. IV. - Part (7) article 5 of the Law on regulation of repatriation of the money, goods and services received as a result of the external economic transactions, No. 1466/1998 (1998, Art. No. 28-29 203), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Item l) the following content:
