In structure of request about provision of information on bureau of credit histories in which credit history of the subject of credit history (further respectively - the subject, information on bureau) provided by part 7.3 of article 13 of the Federal Law of December 30, 2004 No. 218-FZ "About credit stories" is stored (further - request) are subject to inclusion of the data according to appendix 1 to this Instruction (further - requirements to structure of request).

2. For the purpose of provision from the Central catalog of credit stories (further - TsKKI) information on bureau to officials whose list is determined by the President of the Russian Federation (further - the official) in response to request of TsKKI (in case of receipt in TsKKI of request in the form of the electronic message) or the Bank of Russia (in case of receipt in the Bank of Russia of request in document type on paper by means of mail service) performs check of structure of request for compliance to requirements to structure of request.

3. In case of discrepancy of structure of request to requirements to structure of request to the official of TsKKI (Bank of Russia) the answer about refusal in provision of information on bureau is provided.

4. In case of compliance of structure of request to requirements to structure of request to the official information on bureau on a grant basis in the form determined in appendix 2 to this Instruction is provided by TsKKI (Bank of Russia).

5. Information on bureau, the answer on refusal in provision of information on bureau are provided:

in case of receipt in TsKKI of request in the form of the electronic message with use of single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction <1> or the state information system in the field of anti-corruption of Poseidon <2> - in the form of the electronic message with use of single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction no later than the working day following behind day of receipt in TsKKI of such request;

8. This Instruction is subject to official publication and according to the solution of the Board of directors of the Bank of Russia (the minutes of the Board of directors of the Bank of Russia of May 16, 2025 No. PSD-15) become effective since June 27, 2025.
