Rules of forming and maintaining the unified register of notifications, representation and accounting of notifications on the beginning of implementation of separate types of business activity

I. General provisions

1. These rules establish procedure for forming and maintaining the unified register of notifications, procedure for representation and accounting of notifications on the beginning of implementation of separate types of business activity (further - notifications) legal entities or individual entrepreneurs in authorized bodies of the state control (supervision) (further - authorized bodies) if the specified bodies are bodies of the Federal Security Service or bodies of foreign intelligence of the Russian Federation.

2. Notifications are represented by the legal entities or individual entrepreneurs performing performance of works (rendering services) (further - applicants) according to the list of works and services as a part of separate types of business activity according to appendix No. 1 (further - the list of works and services).

Notifications are represented by applicants by means of the Single portal of the state and municipal services (functions) (further - the single portal) or regional portals of the state and municipal services, except as specified, when authorized bodies are bodies of the Federal Security Service or bodies of foreign intelligence of the Russian Federation.

For applicants information exchange with the single portal or regional portals of the state and municipal services is provided according to the rules and the principles established by the national standards of the Russian Federation in the field of cryptographic information security approved according to the Federal Law "About Standardization in the Russian Federation".

II. Procedure for forming and maintaining the unified register of notifications

Accounting of notifications is performed in the unified register of notifications which is created and functions as a part of the unified register of types of federal state control (supervision), regional state control (supervision), the municipal control which is subsystem of the federal state information system "Federal Register of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)" (further - the unified register of types of control).

The notifications provided by applicants with use of the single portal or regional portals of the state and municipal services according to the list of works and services go in the automatic mode to the unified register of types of control and are available to authorized body according to item 4 of these rules.
