About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).

2. In three-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.

3. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:

appendix Item 9 – in month after official publication of this Decree;

appendix Items 5 and 11 – since September 1, 2025;

paragraphs two, the third, twenty fifth – the eighty fourth Item 1, Item 3, paragraphs two, the sixth and seventh Item 6, Item paragraph two 7, Items 8 and 10, the paragraph the twelfth appendix Item 12 – since January 1, 2026;
