About approval of Changes in Rules of the organization of the statistical reporting which moves in the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 56, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 69 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", articles 5-8, 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About official statistics" on creation of monetary and financial statistics, statistics of paying balance, international investment line item, external debt, statistical information of financial institutions, for the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of regulating and supervising functions of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine by the National Bank of Ukraine decide:

1. Approve Changes in Rules of the organization of the statistical reporting submitted to the National Bank of Ukraine, Boards of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of November 13, 2018 to No. 120 (with changes) (further - Changes in Rules No. 120) which are attached.

2. Banks of Ukraine and branches of foreign banks in Ukraine (further - banks) who are respondents (suppliers of the statistical reporting) according to requirements of the Rules of the organization of the statistical reporting submitted to the National Bank of Ukraine, approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 13, 2018 No. 120 (with changes) (further - Rules No. 120), submit files with indicators of the statistical reporting taking into account Changes in Edited No. 120:

1) 6NX "Data on Calculation of Coefficient of Net Stable Financing (NSFR)" since reporting date on August 09, 2025;

2) 6HX "Data on Currencies and Tranches on Active Transactions with Partners / the Faces Tied with Bank" since reporting date on September 01, 2025;

3) 26X "Data on remaining balance of the means placed in other banks and attracted from other banks" with monthly frequency of representation since reporting date on September 01, 2025 (the last representation with decade frequency - with reporting date on August 01, 2025).

3. Banks, the legal entities who obtained the license of the National Bank of Ukraine for implementation of transactions with cash and performing activities for collection of means, transportation of currency and other values and processing and storage of cash, the legal entities who obtained the license of the National Bank of Ukraine for implementation of transactions with cash and performing activities for processing and storage of cash who are respondents (suppliers of the statistical reporting) according to requirements of Rules No. 120, submit the file with indicators of the statistical reporting 13X "Data on cash turnovers and balances in cash in cash desks of bank / in cash desks of the collector company / in cash desks of the company on processing of cash" taking into account Changes to Rules No. 120 since reporting date on September 01, 2025.

4. Payment organizations (including small payment organizations), the financial institutions having the right to provision of payment services operators of mail service, the branches of foreign payment organizations which are operators of payment systems and/or members of payment service providers, and/or payment service providers concerning whom the National Bank of Ukraine enters data in the register of payment infrastructure which are respondents (suppliers of the statistical reporting) according to requirements of Rules No. 120, submit the new file with indicators of the statistical reporting 13FX "Data on cash turnovers and balances in cash in cash desks of non-bank suppliers of financial payment services / operators of mail service" since reporting date on January 01, 2026.

5. Banks and non-bank organizations which are the subjects determined in the Regulations on realization of special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions) approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 11, 2023 No. 65 (with changes) who are respondents (suppliers of the statistical reporting) according to requirements of Rules No. 120, give:

1) files with indicators of the statistical reporting taking into account Changes in were Edited No. 120 2K1X "Information on sanctions persons", 2K4X "By information on under control persons and financial transactions of such persons / from their name which carrying out it was refused or which were stopped" since reporting date on September 01, 2025;

6. Subjects of primary financial monitoring which are not banks concerning which the National Bank of Ukraine exercises state regulation and supervision in the field of prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way submit to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction which are suppliers of financial payment services who are respondents (suppliers of the statistical reporting) according to requirements of Rules No. 120, the file with indicators of the statistical reporting 2lX "Data on amounts of payment transactions for risks assessment in the field of financial monitoring" taking into account changes in Edited No. 120 and with monthly frequency of representation since reporting date on September 01, 2025.

7. Responsible persons of banking groups who are respondents (suppliers of the statistical reporting) according to requirements of Rules No. 120, give:

1) in Edited files with indicators of the statistical reporting taking into account Changes No. 120 4BX "Data on Observance of Requirements Concerning Sufficiency of the Regulatory Capital and Prudential Standard Rates Banking Group and Its Subgroups", 6NC "Data on Calculation on the Consolidated Basis of Coefficient of Net Stable Financing (NSFRk)" since reporting date on October 01, 2025;

2) the new file with indicators of the statistical reporting of 6RC "Data on Calculation of the Size of the Regulatory Capital on the Consolidated Basis" since reporting date on October 01, 2025;

3) the new file with indicators of the statistical reporting of 6JC "Data on Calculation of Value of Coefficient of Leverage on the Consolidated Basis" since reporting date on April 01, 2026.

8. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Sergey Nikolaychuk.

9. The resolution becomes effective since July 31, 2025.
