About approval of technical and technology standard expense rates of raw materials and materials, spare parts, the equipment, fuel, energy, technical losses of subjects of natural monopoly on rail transport

According to subitem 34-1) of Item 2 of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About rail transport" PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve:

1) technical and technology standard consumption rates of raw materials, materials, spare parts and fuel for the current operation of special equipment and emergency safety stock for recovery and fire trains according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) technical and technology standard consumption rates of materials and spare parts on corrective maintenance of railcars and vehicles according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) technical and technology standard consumption rates of raw materials, materials, spare parts on maintenance of goods wagons according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) technical and technology standard consumption rates of materials and spare parts on repair of the equipment of diagnostics of way and devices for lubricant of rails according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) technical and technology standard consumption rates of materials, construction materials and office supplies of bases of logistics according to appendix 5 to this order;

6) technical and technology standard expense rates of materials on cargo economy according to appendix 6 to this order;

7) technical and technology standard consumption rates of the equipment and materials on economy of computer center according to appendix 7 to this order;

8) technical and technology standard consumption rates of materials, spare parts on content of devices of automatic telephone communication and operational and technology communication according to appendix 8 to this order;

9) technical and technology standard consumption rates of materials, spare parts for economic board according to appendix 9 to this order;

10) technical and technology standard consumption rates of spare parts for servicing of buildings and constructions of station economy according to appendix 10 to this order;

11) technical and technology standard consumption rates of fuel for the autotractor and special machinery according to appendix 11 to this order;

12) technical and technology standard consumption rates of raw materials, materials, spare parts on the current content, track repair and other devices of traveling facilities according to appendix 12 to this order;

13) technical and technology standard consumption rates of raw materials, materials, spare parts on maintenance of machines and mechanisms of traveling facilities according to appendix 13 to this order;

14) technical and technology standard consumption rates of materials on safety and labor protection for traveling facilities according to appendix 14 to this order;

15) technical and technology standard consumption rates of materials and spare parts for repair of machines and mechanisms of traveling facilities according to appendix 15 to this order;

16) technical and technology standard consumption rates of raw materials, materials, spare parts on routine maintenance and the current content, devices of automatic equipment, telemechanics and telecommunications according to appendix 16 to this order;

17) technical and technology standard consumption rates of materials, spare parts, the tool and means for maintenance and running repair of the equipment of electric utility service, remote control, telemechanics and contact network of the railroads according to appendix 17 to this order;

18) technical and technology standard consumption rates of fuel and energy for operational and production needs according to appendix 18 to this order.

2. To provide to committee of rail and water transport of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) the direction of the copy of this order in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after day of its first official publication.
