According to the subitem 1) article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state services", PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of rendering the state service "Issue of the Sanitary and Epidemiologic Conclusion about Compliance of Object of the High Epidemic Importance to Regulatory Legal Acts in the Sphere of Sanitary and Epidemiologic Wellbeing of the Population on Objects of Law-enforcement Bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

2. To provide to committee of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after registration of this order submission to Department of legal and rule-making coordination of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective since November 1, 2025 and is subject to official publication.

These rules of rendering the state service "Issue of the Sanitary and Epidemiologic Conclusion about Compliance of Object of the High Epidemic Importance to Regulatory Legal Acts in the Sphere of Sanitary and Epidemiologic Wellbeing of the Population on Objects of Law-enforcement Bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further – Rules) are developed according to the subitem 1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state services" (further – the Law) and determine procedure for registration and issue of the sanitary and epidemiologic conclusion about compliance of object of the high epidemic importance to regulatory legal acts in the sphere of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population on objects of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan and procedure for its renewal, renewal, termination.
