- calculates the enlarged forecast indicators of the government budget of the Kyrgyz Republic, creates the government budget and the annual statement about its execution;
- calculates forecast parameters of medium-term budget basis and constitutes the Main directions of fiscal policy for the medium-term period;
- constitutes and represents to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Cabinet of Ministers) the draft of the republican budget for the next fiscal year and planning period, and also the bill on introduction of amendments to the approved law on the republican budget;
- calculates the enlarged forecast indicators of the consolidated budget of the sector of public administration of the Kyrgyz Republic for the next fiscal year and planning period;
