About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 20, 2012 No. 763 and of July 22, 2014 No. 703
In pursuance of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 6, 2025 "About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 97
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Rules of protection of the precious metals and gemstones in case of their transportation on the territory of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 20, 2012 No. 763:
in paragraph five of part two of Item 2 of the word of "3 thousand euros" shall be replaced with words "350 basic sizes";
in part one of Item 5 of the word "30 thousand euros" shall be replaced with words "3500 basic sizes";
from Item 37 of the word", equipped with systems of the alarming alarm system, centralized observation of which is performed by Department of protection", to exclude;
the second Item 39 after the word "be used" to add part with the word "manual";
1.2. in the Rules of sale of separate types of goods and implementation of public catering approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2014 No. 703:
to exclude from Item 80 of the word "About Approval of Rules of Commission Trade by Nonfoods and Modification of the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 7, 2004 No. 384";
from part two of Item 101 of the word", and also technical means of manual systems of the alarming alarm system, control of which is exercised by divisions of Department of protection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs", to exclude.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
