1.1.1.7. specifications with indication of codes according to OK 034-2014 (KPES 2008) <51>;

1.1.1.8. program and technique of testing;

1.1.1.9. route cards, technological instructions and (or) cards of engineering procedures;

1.1.1.10. accompanying documentation (passport or form);

1.1.1.11. operation manual;

1.1.1.12. documents with information on assignment of organization code - developer of product according to GOST P 2.201-2023;

1.1.1.13. Gerber-files (trace of the printed circuit board and scheme of arrangement of elements);

1.1.1.14. sheet of purchased products;

1.1.2. exclusive right on the trademark serving for individualization of products, or right to use (on the terms of the exclusive or non-exclusive license) the trademark which owner is the legal entity - the tax resident of the Russian Federation who is not under control of foreign state, and (or) the international organization, and (or) foreign legal entity or physical person, and (or) foreign structure without formation of legal entity <12(1)>, the individual entrepreneur - the tax resident and the citizen of the Russian Federation who is not the foreign agent according to the Federal Law "About Control of Activities of Persons Which Are under Foreign Influence" (in the presence of the trademark);

1.1.3. it is right on built-in, system, the application software intended for accomplishment of the main functionality of product according to its purpose including on means of ensuring of information security (when applicable), including source texts (source code) of such software and necessary program tools for use, copying, adaptation and modification of the software, including the control system of versions (management system the source code), in the amount necessary for production and upgrade of products, on condition of inclusion of such software in the unified register of the Russian programs for electronic computers and databases or the unified register of programs for electronic computers and databases from state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, except for the Russian Federation <42>, <48>;

1.1.4. the license granted according to Regulations on licensing of activities for development, production, distribution of the cryptography (cryptographic) tools, information systems and telecommunication systems protected with use of the cryptography (cryptographic) tools, to performance of works, rendering services in the field of enciphering of information, to maintenance of the cryptography (cryptographic) tools, information systems and telecommunication systems protected with use of the cryptography (cryptographic) tools (except for case if maintenance of the cryptography (cryptographic) tools, the information systems and telecommunication systems protected with use of the cryptography (cryptographic) tools is performed for ensuring own needs of the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur), the approved order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 16, 2012 No. 313 "About approval of the Regulations on licensing of activities for development, production, distribution of the cryptography (cryptographic) tools, information systems and telecommunication systems protected with use of the cryptography (cryptographic) tools, to performance of works, rendering services in the field of enciphering of information, to maintenance of the cryptography (cryptographic) tools, information systems and telecommunication systems protected with use of the cryptography (cryptographic) tools (except for case if maintenance of the cryptography (cryptographic) tools, the information systems and telecommunication systems protected with use of the cryptography (cryptographic) tools is performed for ensuring own needs of the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur)", and (or) licenses, the activities for development and the production of remedies of confidential information approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 3, 2012 No. 171 "About licensing of activities for development and production of remedies of confidential information" issued according to Regulations on licensing (for the devices intended for ensuring information security);

1.1.5. the research and production base (own or contractual) located in the territory of the Russian Federation and necessary for development, upgrade (modification, enhancement) and testings of products and the software used in it, including the technical specialists involved in development, upgrade (modification, enhancement) and testing of such products <41>;

1.1.6. means of production, including the fixed assets, inventories and property rights located (implemented) in the territory of the Russian Federation and necessary for production <44>;

1.1.7. the service center or services providing in the territory of the Russian Federation all complex of technological transactions and organizational actions for maintenance and repair of the declared products and technical support of the built-in software;

1.1.8. the certificate issued according to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 26, 1995 No. 608 "About certification of means of information protection";

2. accomplishment in the territory of the Russian Federation the following technological transactions (if it is established by engineering procedure) <49>:

2.1. use of the printed circuit boards made in the territory of the Russian Federation <26>, <44>:

2.1.1. at least one printed circuit board (5 points, mandatory requirement);

2.1.2. the main (system) printed circuit board providing accomplishment of the main functionality of product according to its purpose (5 points in addition);

2.1.3. all printed circuit boards (5 points in addition);

2.2. application in product of the integrated circuits meeting the requirements to the integrated circuit of the first level or the integrated circuit of the second level shown for the purpose of its reference to products made in the territory of the Russian Federation <40>, <44>:

2.2.1. at least one integrated circuit meeting the requirements to the integrated circuit of the first level or the integrated circuit of the second level shown for the purpose of its reference to products made in the territory of the Russian Federation (5 points, the mandatory requirement);

2.2.2. at least one integrated circuit meeting the requirements to the integrated circuit of the first level or the integrated circuit of the second level shown for the purpose of its reference to the products made in the territory of the Russian Federation, applied on the main (system) printed circuit board providing accomplishment of the main functionality of product according to its purpose, made in the territory of the Russian Federation (5 points in addition, since January 1, 2028 the mandatory requirement);

2.2.3. the integrated circuit performing function of the central processing unit, meeting the requirements to the integrated circuit of the first level or the integrated circuit of the second level shown for the purpose of its reference to products made in the territory of the Russian Federation (15 points in addition) <28>, <32>;

2.3. application in product of the integrated circuits meeting the requirements to the integrated circuit of the first level or the integrated circuit of the second level shown for the purpose of its reference to products made in the territory of the Russian Federation, except for specified in subitem 2.2 <40>, <44>:

2.3.1. at least 5 percent of total quantity of the standard ratings applied in product (5 points);

2.3.2. at least 10 percent of total quantity of the standard ratings applied in product (7 points in addition);

2.3.3. at least 15 percent of total quantity of the standard ratings applied in product (8 points in addition);

2.4. application in product of the other electronic component base except for specified in subitems 2.2 - 2.3, made in the territory of the Russian Federation <43>:

2.4.1. at least 10 percent of total quantity of standard ratings of the other electronic component base applied in product (5 points);

2.4.2. at least 20 percent of total quantity of standard ratings of the other electronic component base applied in product (5 points in addition);

2.4.3. at least 30 percent of total quantity of standard ratings of the other electronic component base applied in product (5 points in addition);

2.5. application in product of the built-in application program, data on which are included in the unified register of the Russian programs for electronic computers and databases or the unified register of programs for electronic computers and databases from state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, except for the Russian Federation, and record in non-volatile memory of the built-in software for the circuitry decision (5 points, the mandatory requirement) <44>;

2.6. assembly and installation of all elements of electronic component base on all printed circuit boards providing accomplishment of the main functionality of product according to its purpose (5 points, the mandatory requirement) <33>;

2.7. production of the case of the declared product:

2.7.1. if the declared product structurally consists of several cases - production in the territory of the Russian Federation of one of several cases of product (2 points);

2.7.2. if the declared product structurally consists of several cases - production in the territory of the Russian Federation of all cases of product (3 points in addition);

2.7.3. if the declared product structurally consists of one case - production in the territory of the Russian Federation of the product case (5 points);

2.8. assembly and installation of finished product (5 points, mandatory requirement);

2.9. functional testing of finished product and (or) carrying out engineering supervision of compliance to requirements of specifications of finished product (5 points, mandatory requirement)";
