1. Transfer on a grant basis from management of the Ministry of Health to management of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection (maintaining territorial agency of the public assistance the Center - the West) the Ftiziopulmonologichesky rehabilitation center for children, Kornesht, with its budget and property, IDNO 2568956, at the address: Ulitsa Shtefan chel Mare, 70, Kornesht, district Ungen, MD-3608.

2. Transfer on a grant basis from management of the Ministry of Health to management of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection (maintaining territorial agency of the public assistance the Center - the East) the Ftiziopulmonologichesky rehabilitation center for children, Tyrnov, with its budget and property, IDNO 1023601000094, at the address: Ulitsa Konstantin Stamati, 48, village of Tyrnova, district Dondushen, MD-5140.

3. To the Ministry of Health together with the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection to create the commission on transfer and in 30-day term to provide transfer of the public organizations specified in Items 1 and 2, according to the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property approved by the Order of the Government No. 901/2015.

4. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection to perform functions of the founder of the organizations specified in Items 1 and 2.

5. Approve reorganization of public organizations in the following procedure:

5.1. The shelter for elderly people and persons with limited opportunities of the district Kelerash, Kelerash (the accepting legal entity), will be reorganized by merging (accession) with the Ftiziopulmonologichesky rehabilitation center for children, Kornesht (which is under authority of territorial agency of the public assistance the Center - the West);

5.2. Public organization "Multipurpose Social Service Center "O Sansa"", mun. By forty (the accepting legal entity), it will be reorganized by merging (accession) with the Ftiziopulmonologichesky rehabilitation center for children, Tyrnov (being under authority of territorial agency of the public assistance the Center - the East).

6. Change the name of the Shelter for elderly people and persons with limited opportunities of the district Kelerash to "Public organization "Center of Provision of Social Services, Kelerash"".

7. Change the name of public organization "Multipurpose Social Service Center "O Sansa"", mun. Forty, on "Public organization "The center of provision of social services, mun. Forty"".

8. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection to perform function of the founder of the reorganized public organizations and to provide entering of necessary changes into their constituent documents after transfer and reorganization by consolidation (accession) according to the legislation.

9. Provide to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection development/adjustment and approval of regulations on the organization and functioning of the public organizations specified in Items 6 and 7.

10. Make transfer of hired employees from the attached public organizations in the accepting public organizations according to provisions of the labor law and with ensuring their integration within the relevant organizations. In case of impossibility of the translation of certain employees to perform their release according to the labor law.
