1. In the Order of the Government No. 744/2011 about approval of the Regulations on activities of delegation of the Republic of Moldova in the Joint control commission (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 166-169, 818), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1.1. in the resolution:
1.1.1. Item 3 after the text "connected with activities of delegation of the Republic of Moldova in the Joint control commission," to add with the words "and also to provide it with vehicles";
1.1.2. in Item 5 of the word "are subject to preliminary approval of the Joint control commission" shall be replaced with words "are subject to approval of delegation of the Republic of Moldova in the Joint control commission";
1.2. in the Provision:
1.2.1. state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. The members of delegation of the Republic of Moldova affirm as OKK the Government.";
1.2.2. in item 4 the text "The order of the Government No. 515 of June 20, 2010. "About the Joint Control Commission from the Republic of Moldova"" to exclude;
1.2.3. in Item 6 "the cochairman of OKK, members of OKK" shall be replaced with words the text "the head and members of delegation", and shall be replaced with words the words "other experts" "experts with the temporary status";
