About approval of the Regulations on activities of delegation of the Republic of Moldova in the Joint control commission
In pursuance of provisions of the Agreement on the principles of peaceful settlement of the armed conflict in the Dnestr region of the Republic of Moldova signed on July 21, 1992 between the Republic of Moldova and the Russian Federation, for the purpose of providing the mode of the increased safety, and also determination of procedure of activities of delegation of the Republic of Moldova in the Joint control commission the Government decides:
1. Approve Regulations on activities of delegation of the Republic of Moldova in the Joint control commission it (is applied).
2. Determine that regulations of the current legislation on social protection of military observers and the military contingent on providing ceasefire regime and safety in conflict zone extend to members of delegation of the Republic of Moldova in the Joint control commission and experts with the permanent status.
3. To the Ministry of Defence based on the offers provided by the head of delegation of the Republic of Moldova in the Joint control commission to provide covering of the expenses connected with activities of delegation of the Republic of Moldova in the Joint control commission at the expense of the means approved in the law on the government budget for the corresponding year.
4. To provide to heads of bodies of the central and local public authority without fail information requested by the petition of the head of delegation of the Republic of Moldova in the Joint control commission on situation in the safety area which is under control of joint peacekeeping forces.
5. To heads of bodies of local public authority to bring internal regulations into accord with this Resolution. All actions which can exert impact on situation in the safety area are subject to preliminary approval of the Joint control commission.
6. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova of 12.12.2018 No. 1231

1. The regulations on activities of delegation of the Republic of Moldova in the Joint control commission (further - the Provision) establish the principles of forming, the main objectives and functions of delegation of the Republic of Moldova in the Joint control commission (further - OKK).
2. The delegation of the Republic of Moldova represents the interests of the Republic of Moldova in OKK and directly participates in agreement performance about the principles of peaceful settlement of the armed conflict in the Dnestr region of the Republic of Moldova signed between the Republic of Moldova and the Russian Federation on July 21, 1992.
3. The structure of delegation of the Republic of Moldova affirms as OKK the order of the Government.
4. In the activities the delegation of the Republic of Moldova in OKK is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova and the current legislation of the Republic of Moldova, the Agreement on the principles of peaceful settlement of armed conflict in the Dnestr region of July 21, 1992, and also other documents signed by the parties during negotiation process concerning activities of OKK, the Order of the Government No. 372 of June 18, 1993. "About the principles of activities and social protection of military observers and the military contingent on providing ceasefire regime and safety in conflict zone", with subsequent changes, the Order of the Government No. 515 of June 20, 2010. "About the Joint control commission from the Republic of Moldova", other orders of the Government on the specified problem, and also this Provision.
5. The delegation of the Republic of Moldova in OKK is permanent body, without the right of the legal entity, providing control of observance of ceasefire regime, accomplishment of arrangements on withdrawal of parts of armed forces and other forming, military equipment and arms, permanent monitoring of situation in the safety area, and also assistance to peaceful settlement of the conflict and political means.
6. In OKK are part of delegation of the Republic of Moldova: the cochairman of OKK, members of OKK (including the secretary of delegation of the Republic of Moldova in OKK) experts with the permanent status and other experts from different areas involved in OKK.
6-1. For confirmation of the status as a part of delegation of the Republic of Moldova in OKK certificates are issued to members and experts with the special status.
In case of the termination of powers as a part of delegation the certificate is transferred to the head of delegation.
7. For the purpose of publicizing of activities of OKK and distribution (promotion) of information and materials about situation in the safety area representatives of mass media to whom the corresponding accreditation is provided can be attracted.
8. For ensuring accomplishment of provisions of the Agreement of July 21, 1992 of delegation of the Republic of Moldova in OKK the military contingent of peacekeeping forces of the Republic of Moldova (from structure of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Moldova) consisting of command, the headquarters, military observers and three separate military divisions of peacekeeping forces is placed under operational authority.
9. The delegation of the Republic of Moldova in OKK consists, as a rule, of 6 representatives appointed by the Government of the Republic of Moldova who based on this provision have the status of the member of OKK, and also experts with the permanent status, namely:
