1. Approve the enclosed Rules of implementation of paid types of activity on sales of goods (works, services) by public institutions in spheres of forestry, especially protected natural territories which money from realization remains at their order, uses of money from realization by public institutions in spheres of forestry, especially protected natural territories of goods (works, services) remaining at their order.

2. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 26, 2016 No. 22 "About approval of Rules of rendering paid types of activity on sales of goods (works, services) by public institutions in spheres of forestry, especially protected natural territories and expenditure of money by them from sales of goods (works, services)" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 13378);

2) the order of the Minister of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 15, 2020 No. 91 "About modification of the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 26, 2016 No. 22 "About approval of Rules of rendering paid types of activity on sales of goods (works, services) by public institutions in spheres of forestry, especially protected natural territories and expenditure of money by them from sales of goods (works, services)" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 20413).

3. To provide to committee of forestry and fauna of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. 3. For the purpose of receipt of the income from the types of activity specified in Item 2 of these rules, forest and nature protection organizations can participate in tenders of public procurements.

Chapter 2. Procedure for sales of goods (works and services) which are not relating forest and nature protection organizations to the main activities.

4. Sales of goods (works and services) which are not relating to the main activities forest organization is made at market prices.

5. The goods made as a result of limited economic activity of nature protection organizations are implemented at market prices.

6. Paid types of activity on sales of goods (works, services) by nature protection organizations are performed according to the approved rates according to the subitem 6) of Article 8 and the subitem 7) of Item 2 of article 10 of the Law.

7. The means received by forest organizations from rendering paid types of activity on sales of goods (works, services) are used on:

1) holding forestry and landscape actions on sites of the state forest fund;

2) construction and content of forestry and landscape roads, fire-proof arrangement of the woods;

3) research and design and exploration work in the field of protection, protection, uses of forest fund, reproduction of the woods and afforestation;
