Some questions of compensation of employees of the public scientific institution "Institute of Educational Analytics"

Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 30, 2002 No. 1298 "About compensation of workers on the basis of single scale of charges of categories and coefficients on compensation of employees of organizations, institutions and the organizations of separate industries of the budget sphere" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 36, the Art. 1699) - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 6, 2025 No. 514, and of August 12, 2015 No. 589 "Some questions of education and compensation of employees of the public scientific institutions "Institute of Upgrade of Content of Education" and "Institute of Educational Analytics" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 66, the Art. 2192) changes which are applied.

2. To provide to the head of the public scientific institution "Institute of Educational Analytics" accomplishment of this resolution it is exclusive within the salary fund approved in the estimate.

3. To the Ministry of Education and Science prior to the beginning of 2025/26 academic years to take measures to streamlining of functionality and number of staff of the public scientific institution "Institute of Upgrade of Content of Education", public institution "Ukrainian institute of development of education" and the public scientific institution "Institute of Educational Analytics" for the purpose of avoidance of duplication of the corresponding functions and strengthening of institutional capability of the specified organizations.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since June 1, 2025.

Changes which are made to Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 30, 2002 No. 1298 and of August 12, 2015 No. 589

1. No. 1298 to add appendix 2 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 30, 2002 with the Section XLVIII of the following content:

"XLVIII. Public scientific institution "Institute of Educational Analytics"

Note:

In case of limiting determination of the sizes of official pay rates of employees of the public scientific institution "Institute of Educational Analytics" the additional coefficient of increase in official pay rates 3 is applied to leading employees, professionals and specialists; 2 - for other employee categories.".

2. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 12, 2015 No. 589:

The name of the resolution to state 1) in the following edition:

"Some questions of compensation of employees of the public scientific institution "Institute of Upgrade of Content of Education";

Items 1 and 2 to state 2) in the following edition:

"1. Approve the scheme of official pay rates of employees of the public scientific institution "Institute of Upgrade of Content of Education" according to appendix.

2. Determine that official pay rates of the deputy manager of the public scientific institution, the deputy manager of structural division of such organization are established for 5-15 percent, the chief accountant - for 10-30 percent, than the assistant administrator - than the official pay rate of the corresponding head determined by the scheme of official pay rates of employees of the public scientific institution "Institute of Upgrade of Content of Education" is 30-40 percent lower.";
