1. Form based on the autonomous nonprofit organization "Russian Government Analytical Centre" Center of Development of Artificial Intelligence under the Government of the Russian Federation (further - the Center), having assigned to the Center ensuring information and analytical and organizational and technical maintenance of realization of priority tasks of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of development of technologies of artificial intelligence according to the national purposes of development of the Russian Federation.

2. Approve enclosed:

Regulations on system of realization of priority tasks of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of development of technologies of artificial intelligence and the Center of development of artificial intelligence under the Government of the Russian Federation;

changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

3. Provide to federal executive bodies necessary interaction with the Center within the competence and determine the authorized representatives responsible for implementation of artificial intelligence in federal executive body, in position not below the deputy manager of federal executive body.

4. Recommend to the supreme executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation to organize necessary interaction with the Center within the competence and to determine the authorized representatives responsible for implementation of artificial intelligence in executive bodies of the subject of the Russian Federation, in position not below the vice-chairman of the supreme executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation.

5. Determine that coordination of activities of the Center is performed by the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia - the Chief of staff of the Government of the Russian Federation.

1. 2. The terms used in this Provision mean the following:

"the selected project" - type of realization of priority task in the field of artificial intelligence in the format of the isolated project in case of adoption of such decision by approval of the passport of priority task in the field of artificial intelligence according to the procedure provided by the Section II of this provision;

"instruments of achievement of priority task in the field of artificial intelligence" - actions of the "road map" of development of the high-technology direction "Artificial intelligence" for the period till 2030 provided by the National strategy of development for artificial intelligence for the period till 2030 approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of October 10, 2019 No. 490 "About development of artificial intelligence in the Russian Federation", the actions in the field of artificial intelligence provided by the national projects, federal projects, departmental projects realized according to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 31, 2018 No. 1288 "About the organization of project activities in the Government of the Russian Federation", state programs of the Russian Federation the implemented according to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 26, 2021 No. 786 "About management system state programs of the Russian Federation", state programs of subjects of the Russian Federation, regional projects, actions in the field of artificial intelligence provided by other documents (program documents of federal executive bodies and other state bodies, planned and program and target documents of the state corporations, state-owned companies and joint-stock companies with the state participation), measures of the state support in area of artificial intelligence, the regulatory legal acts governing the public relations connected with development and use of technologies of artificial intelligence, safety of use of such technologies;

"the passport of priority task in the field of artificial intelligence" - the document approved by presidium of the commission determining complex of the interconnected instruments of achievement of the priority task in the field of artificial intelligence realized in format of the selected project;

"presidium of the commission" - presidium of Government commission on digital development, use of information technologies for improvement of quality of life and conditions of conducting business activity;
