1. Bring in the order of the Minister of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 16, 2024 No. 653/Tax Code "About Approval of Rules of Realization of Automation of the State Functions and Rendering the State Services Following from Them by Development and Placement of Platform Software Products" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 35279) the following changes and amendment:
in Rules of realization of automation of the state functions and rendering the state services following from them by development and placement of the platform software products approved by the specified order:
6) of Item 10 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"6) the Class PPP calculated as application software according to the Qualifier of objects of informatization approved by the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 28, 2016 No. 135 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 13349);";
state Item 11 in the following edition:
"11. Calculation of cost of development of PPP is perfromed by means of the calculator placed on the architectural portal of "the electronic government" according to the Method of calculation of cost of development of platform software products on is information - communication platform of "the electronic government" according to appendix 3.";
to be reworded as follows appendix 1 to the specified order according to appendix 1 to this order;
