About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus of November 13, 2019 No. 21
Based on subitem 3.6 of Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 7, 2007 No. 413 "About enhancement of system of accounting of citizens at the place of residence and the place of stay" and subitem 4.4 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 968, the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for expense recovery, the citizens connected with registration at the place of residence and the place of stay approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus of November 13, 2019 No. 21, the following changes:
1.1. state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. This Instruction determines procedure for compensation for the account of means of local budgets of expenses of the organizations performing operation of housing stock and (or) providing housing and communal services and the organizations performing accounting, calculation and charge of payment for housing and communal services and the payments for use of premises (further – the organizations *) connected with registration of citizens at the place of residence and the place of stay (further if other is not established, – expenses by registration).

* For the purposes of this Instruction the organizations are understood as the organizations determined by Items 36 and 37 of article 1 of the Housing code of the Republic of Belarus.";
