About change of resolutions of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus
Based on the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures", subitem 4.4 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 968, the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus of March 23, 2022 No. 5 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures":
Item in paragraph three 1, Item 11 of the word "sorting, preparation" shall be replaced with words "procurement, sorting";
in appendix to this resolution of the word "sorting, preparation" shall be replaced with words "procurement, sorting";
1.1.1. in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 6.18.1 "Receipt of the registration certificate in the register of the organizations performing collection, sorting, preparation of waste", approved by this resolution:
in the name of the word "sorting, preparation" shall be replaced with words "procurement, sorting";
third to exclude the paragraph from subitem 1.2 of Item 1;
to state part one of subitem 2.1 of Item 2 in the following edition:
