About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 30, 2008 No. 630

1. Bring in Regulations on procedure for issue and exchange of the car driver license for the right of control of the wheel tractor, self-propelled machine (certificate of the tractor operator-driver) approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 30, 2008 No. 630, the following changes:
in paragraphs the fourth or seventh part one of Item 2 of the word "80 kilowatts" shall be replaced with words "kilowatt 110,3";
in part two of item 4 of the word "on December 14, 2021 No. 134-Z" shall be replaced with words "on February 13, 2025 No. 59-Z";
in Item 8:
the paragraph one of part three after words to add "force of the Law of the Republic of Belarus" with the words "of December 14, 2021 No. 134-Z";
to exclude parts four of the word "or the car driver license on the right of control of the motorized vehicle (except for the wheel tractor) categories "B", "C", "D", structure of vehicles of categories "BE", "CE", "DE" or in combination from the listed categories" from the paragraph of third.
2. This resolution becomes effective since April 16, 2025.
