About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 29, 2017 No. 319
Based on paragraphs of the eleventh and fifteenth of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 2, 2010 "About veterinary activities" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 161-Z
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 29, 2017 No. 319 "About questions of veterinary activities" the following changes:
1.1. in Regulations on procedure for conducting veterinary and sanitary examination and veterinary and sanitary survey of animal products, and also products of plant origin in case of their realization by the physical persons who are not individual entrepreneurs, in the markets, approved by this resolution:
to add Item 2 after paragraph two with the paragraph of the following content:
"organoleptic researches – determination on appearance of form, size, color, consistence, trade dress, availability or lack of pollution (the soil, sand and another), damages of products of plant origin;";
third of Item 6 to add part with the paragraph of the following content:
"organoleptic researches.";
to add signature stamp of appendix 1 to this Provision after the word "realization" with words "the physical persons who are not individual entrepreneurs";
to be reworded as follows appendix 2 to this Provision it (is applied);
1.2. in Regulations on the procedure and conditions of issue of veterinary documents approved by this resolution:
in part two of subitem 11.1 of Item 11 of the word "of April 29, 2017 No. 316" shall be replaced with words "of August 29, 2013 No. 758";
add Item 22 with part of the following content:
"Movement on the territory of the Republic of Belarus of fats melted is performed accompanied by the veterinary certificates granted in electronic form without issue of paper documents.";
