About introduction of amendments to some Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of rather social protection of persons with disability and protection of the rights of children

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of rather social protection of persons with disability and protection of the rights of children of change which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except Item of 6 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since January 1, 2025.

1. In introductory part of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 7, 2007 No. 150 "About approval of the Payment procedure to some categories of persons with disability of monetary compensation instead of the sanatorium permit and cost of independent sanatorium treatment" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 10, Art. 358; 2018, 2, the Art. 67) words of "the Law of Ukraine "On rehabilitation of disabled people in Ukraine" shall be replaced with words No. "the Law of Ukraine "On rehabilitation of persons with disability in Ukraine".
